Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and Happy Everything

Katrina Shawver and daughter Jamie, Christmas 2015
Treat Every Day Like Christmas

Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and Happy Everything my friends. Whatever your belief, I hope the light of the season and the message of peace fills your spirit and homes. In a week, my Navy son will be home for the first time in two years. I can’t wait.

Where there is hurt, may it be lessened. Where there is abundance, may there be gratitude. Where there are blessings, may they be shared abundantly. And one of my favorite sayings my daughter Jamie and I share, Treat Every Day Like Christmas.

Wesołych Świąt / Szczęśliwego święta Chanuka
Fröhliche Weihnachten / Fröhliches Hanukkah
Joyeux Noël / Joyeux Hanoucca
Feliz Navidad / Feliz Jánuca
Buon Natale / Felice Hanukkah

Merry Christmas Nancy Zguda. I still miss you!

“The character that lasts is an ordinary guy with some extraordinary qualities.”
—Raymond Chandler. Katrina – this quote written by Raymond Chandler describes the main character in your novel, Henry Zguda.

I agree with your daughter’s comment about Christmas “Treat Every Day Like Christmas.” Let us all have this in mind during the year of 2017. Happy New Year
